    Hello campers,

Download the Official Alma Guide (pdf)

Tickets have been mailed. If you do not have yours yet, please contact us at almaparadiso@gmail.com.

These are the top three IMPORTANT things to know for Alma. Heading to Catalina will be just like heading to the airport to board a plane.

    1. We must have your full (real) name.
If you’ve listed a business name, we need your name. If you bought a ticket for other people, you must send us their names. This is a requirement for the boat, so they have an accurate list of the passengers.

    2. There is a TWO bag limit.
You can also bring a SMALL cooler. We’re all together on one boat that has weight and space limitations. WE’RE NOT KIDDING. If you bring more than two bags, the rest of your stuff will spend the weekend in your car. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. You can do it! Pack light. Put your name on your bags.

    3. BE ON TIME!!!
You must arrive at 11 am on Friday June 20. We need time to get everything loaded. The boat will not wait for you if you arrive too late. The pre-party is on the boat, so arrive ON TIME!

Thank you and see you on the island!

Join us on our 3rd year!
It has been said that the only constant is change. The only thing we can be sure of is that things will inevitably morph and evolve. Where we step in, is to do our utmost to ensure that the change is for the good. There are a few select cases where we are more than confident that the change that is on the horizon is going to be nothing short of miraculous.

Alma Paradiso '08 is one of those times.

In our third year, there is no complicated theme. There is no mythological images to consider or philosophical concepts to ponder. Alma Paradiso '08 is very simple.

There is a beautiful beach to dance on. That beach is in a wooded campground where you can rest. That wooded campground is on an island that is nothing short of paradise. We are taking you there.

You may find yourself dancing on the beach to Reggae, Afro Beat, or world tribal music. You may find yourself shaking a tailfeather to the most diverse lineup of underground musicians and performers that we could muster. You may find yourself having every meal provided to you. You may find yourself coming to understand how something so simple can be so profound.

Or you may do whatever the hell you want. Thats the best part!

Ninja Skillz, Blue Insomnia, and Sand Castle Events invite you once more to dance, laugh, live, and love with us on a beach that is far removed from concerns or cares. Leave your burdens at the dock and board a private yacht to join us on Catalina Island for Alma Paradiso '08.
